About The Position

Peloton is hiring retail sales professionals for its Phoenix store team in Chandler Fashion Center. The virtual hiring event is scheduled for October 26, 2026. Openings include a full-time Lead Expert, a part-time Peloton Expert, and a seasonal part-time Peloton Expert through January 31. The roles offer competitive hourly base pay and eligibility to participate in a monthly commission compensation plan.

The Lead Expert is a top-performing sales professional and floor leader who reports to the Store Manager. The position drives individual revenue, manages CRM leads, coaches peers, supports floor operations when the manager is absent, and delivers product demonstrations in a high-energy, commission-driven environment. The role involves standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 35 pounds or more.

The part-time Peloton Expert builds client relationships and drives sales through demonstrations, customer service, product education, and Salesforce CRM outreach by phone and email. The role also maintains visual and operational standards. It involves standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 25 pounds or more; schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The seasonal part-time Peloton Expert supports the busy holiday season by creating in-store experiences, educating guests about Peloton products and content, and helping new Members begin their fitness journeys. Responsibilities include customer engagement, matching guests with products, supporting community and marketing events, and inventory and merchandising tasks. The role involves standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 25 pounds or more; flexible availability during the seasonal period, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Lead Expert: At least 2 years of retail sales experience; premium or commission sales experience is preferred.
• Lead Expert: Proven peer-mentorship abilities, strong organization, CRM experience, and a passion for health and wellness.
• Peloton Expert: Prior customer-facing sales experience, strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Seasonal Peloton Expert: Customer service or fitness experience, empathetic listening skills, strong teamwork, and flexible availability during the seasonal timeframe, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lead Expert: Ability to stand, walk, demonstrate products, and lift 35 pounds or more.
• Peloton Expert and Seasonal Peloton Expert: Ability to stand, walk, demonstrate products, and lift 25 pounds or more.
