Requirements
- 5+ years of QA / testing experience
- 3+ years of Pega testing experience
- Experience testing Pega workflows, rules, and case management
- Strong SQL and API testing experience
- Experience with healthcare / payer systems (claims, enrollment, utilization management)
- Experience with test tools such as ALM, JIRA, Postman, Selenium, or similar
Nice To Haves
- Pega healthcare implementations
- Knowledge of Facets / claims platforms
Responsibilities
- Validate Pega workflows, case types, decision rules, and UI components
- Create and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Test healthcare workflows related to claims, membership, authorizations, and provider operations
- Validate APIs and integrations between Pega and downstream systems
- Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues
- Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business, QA, and development teams
