About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Pega Developer for an onsite contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution in Plano, TX. This is a hands-on role responsible for the design and development of the overall application, focusing on reusable classes, frameworks, and component design. The goal is to create a scalable and resilient solution that meets functional and non-functional requirements, with an emphasis on UI design and Pega Cosmos implementation following system best practices.
Requirements
- PEGA CLSA or PEGA CSSA certification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Pega Developer
- Experience with Oracle SQL, JavaScript, Java, HTML, and CSS3
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST/JSON, and XML
- Experience with UI/Cosmos
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile scrum, Pega code reviews, and guardrail compliance

Responsibilities
- Design and develop overall application including re-usable classes and frameworks, component design, and UI design providing a scalable and resilient solution
- Design and Implement PEGA Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Reports, Correspondence, Case Management, Integrations, Data Pages, Agents, Queue Processor and Job Scheduler
- Resolve Accessibility issues for UI in Theme Cosmos
- Automate testing, package deployment and verification, and application monitoring
- Perform Pega server configuration and Oracle database query optimization for performance testing execution
- Troubleshoot and fix issues identified in load volume tests, including Stream and Search configuration
