The ideal candidate will have an automation mindset for process optimization and a proven history of delivering customer-centric solutions in the banking industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Pega Smart Dispute.
• Strong background in the banking and financial services sector.
• Experience in any BPM tool.
• Experience in software development methodologies such as agile/Scrum.

• A motivated BA with a proven history of delivering the customer centric solutions across various domains in the Banking industry.
