  • Experience building and supporting integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Kafka, MQ, and API-based services.
  • Experience participating in requirements analysis, technical design discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with PEGA Guardrails, architecture standards, coding standards, and secure development practices.
  • Experience performing unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, rule review, and peer code review.
  • Experience collaborating with QA teams during SIT, UAT, regression testing, release validation, and production deployment activities.
  • Experience supporting production releases, application stability, incident analysis, and post-implementation support.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation, deployment notes, design artifacts, and knowledge transfer material.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated banking technology environment with audit, control, and security expectations

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance PEGA applications using PEGA PRPC / PEGA Infinity platform.
  • Implement business processes, case management workflows, flow actions, decisioning rules, and reusable application components.
  • Develop and maintain PEGA components including Case Types, Data Pages, Flows, Flow Actions, Decision Tables, Activities, Correspondence, Reports, and Security Rules.
  • Build and support integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Kafka, MQ, and API-based services.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, technical design discussions, estimation, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
