About The Position

Business Architects define and structure business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains, and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, processes, services, partners, and suppliers to optimize the enterprise organization, capabilities, and initiatives. The role focuses on end-to-end value delivery, business operations, and business motivations connecting enterprise networks. Business Architects establish a comprehensive, coherent view across business domains, from strategy to execution, and model organizational value capabilities, structures, and maps to support transformation and change, operational value delivery, and rationalized, sustainable IT.

At the Managing Business Architect grade, the role designs, delivers, and manages complete business architecture solutions; leads topics in the architect community; and applies technology interest and business acumen. The person works as a stream lead at CIO or CTO level for an internal or external client and leads Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. They are expected to serve as a role model in their local community. Preferred certifications include Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or above, IAF, and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.

• Design, deliver, and manage complete business architecture solutions.
• Lead topics in the architect community.
• Work as a stream lead at CIO or CTO level for an internal or external client.
• Lead Capgemini operations related to market development and/or service delivery excellence.
• Act as a role model in the local community.
