About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Mid-Level Pega Developer to design, build, and enhance Pega applications that support critical business processes. The role requires hands-on development experience, the ability to work independently, and close collaboration with a cross-functional team. The position must be performed onsite in downtown Washington, DC four days per week.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience implementing Pega.
• Experience with APIs or system integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Must work onsite in downtown Washington, DC four days per week.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Top Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Pega development experience with case types, rules, integrations, and UI.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Pega CSA or CSSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Pega applications.
• Customize workflows, UI components, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Follow Pega guardrails and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, and developers in Agile teams.
