About The Position
This role involves assisting students in developing better study habits and time management skills. The Peer Tutor will also tutor fellow students in subjects where they demonstrate academic strength and provide general academic support as required by the Academic Success Center (ASC). The goal is to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Full-time student at Lipscomb University
- Strong academic performance in relevant subjects
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others succeed academically
Responsibilities
- Assist students in improving study habits and time management
- Tutor fellow students in your areas of academic strength
- Offer general academic support as needed by the ASC
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
