Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of service in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues across all age groups. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in client recovery and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives. The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Team is an intensive, community-based multidisciplinary team offering person-centered care to adults with complex needs. PACT provides case management, therapy, assessments, employment and housing assistance, family support, substance use services, and other critical supports for community living. The team operates on a rotating weekend and holiday schedule, with compensatory time off provided. Peer Support Specialists within PACT promote community integration, resiliency, and quality of life by sharing personal recovery experiences to foster hope, reduce stigma, and empower clients. Services can be provided individually or in groups to individuals and families of all ages.
