Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of service in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues across all age groups. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Team is an intensive, community-based multidisciplinary team offering person-centered care to adults with complex needs. Services include case management, therapy, assessments, employment and housing assistance, family support, substance use services, and other critical supports for community living. The PACT Team also provides coverage on rotating weekends and holidays, with compensatory time off during the week. Peer Support Specialists play a vital role in promoting community integration, resiliency, and quality of life by sharing personal recovery experiences to foster hope and reduce stigma. Services are provided to individuals and families of all ages, both individually and in groups.
