About The Position

The Peer Support Specialist/Case Manager role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Medicaid billing number, an NPI, and Peer Support Specialist certification. The position also requires proficiency with electronic medical records, the ability to travel between work and other locations, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle for large portions of the workday. Candidates must hold a valid operator’s license with no serious convictions within the last five years, including OVI or driving under suspension, and be self-motivated.
