The role supports guests through specialized training, including Intentional Peer Support, and assists with daily house operations. This is an in-person position in Williston, Vermont, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight. Attendance at weekly team meetings, co-reflection, supervision, assigned meetings, and training is expected. The position is supervised by the Peer Respite Program Manager or Team Lead.
