For more than 40 years, Marian House has empowered women and their children to overcome homelessness, substance use, trauma, mental health challenges, and other barriers to stability. We provide a safe, sober, and supportive community where women can heal, grow, and build independent lives. Our team is passionate about recovery, trauma-informed care, and helping participants achieve lasting success. If you are committed to servant leadership and believe in the power of peer support, we'd love to meet you. The Peer Recovery Support Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and professional development to Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS) across Marian House programs. This role ensures peer services meet Maryland Behavioral Health Administration (BHA), Medicaid, COMAR, and MABPCB standards while promoting high-quality, recovery-oriented care. Working collaboratively with clinical and program leadership, the CPRS Supervisor supports staff, strengthens service delivery, and helps participants achieve their recovery goals.
