Burlington United Methodist Family Services (BUMFS) is seeking a compassionate, encouraging, and motivated Peer Recovery Coach to join our Behavioral Health team. If you believe in the power of recovery and want to help individuals overcome substance use challenges through connection, support, and lived experience, we'd love to meet you. As a Peer Recovery Coach, you'll walk alongside individuals as they build healthy, meaningful lives in recovery. You'll provide encouragement, advocacy, mentorship, and practical support while helping clients develop recovery goals, navigate community resources, and overcome barriers to long-term success. Working alongside counselors, clinical staff, and community partners, you'll help individuals discover hope, build resilience, and maintain lasting recovery. Every day offers the opportunity to remind someone that recovery is possible.
