About The Position
Full-time position available as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist for the Franklin County Family Recovery Court. Peer Recovery Support Specialists will provide non-clinical peer-to-peer activities to empower individuals to improve health, recovery, resiliency, and wellness.
Requirements
- One year lived experience of substance use disorder challenges and personal recovery.
- Certified or Eligible for Certification as Peer Recovery Support Specialist in Virginia.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Willingness to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening.
