  • Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) credential, or willingness and ability to obtain it within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Use your own lived experience to build trust, model hope, and help people believe recovery is possible.
  • Provide recovery coaching, encouragement, and linkage to resources across every stage of the recovery journey.
  • Provide both individual recovery support, and group support services.
  • Partner with community Drug Court teams to support participants navigating treatment alongside the justice system.
  • Facilitate support and education groups for individuals in recovery, as well as for the family members who love them.

  • The chance to do work that matters, in a role built around your own story of recovery.
  • A collaborative team environment across Bridgeway's full behavioral health continuum.
  • Ongoing training, supervision, and support toward your CRSS credential.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
