Provides direct service to clients in their homes, assisting with training in skills of daily living. Lived experience as a consumer of mental health, substance use, and/or homeless services is required. The role involves teaching essential life skills, monitoring client well-being and living environments, and supporting recovery goals. The Peer Program Specialist will also document services rendered and client progress, and may facilitate groups.
