About The Position
Passionate about helping others thrive academically and personally? The Retention & Student Success team is hiring student employees to provide mentoring, tutoring, and executive functioning support. Applications are open year-round and reviewed as positions become available! Our mission is to support students throughout their academic journey by offering personalized resources, peer mentorship, and learning strategies. We foster a welcoming and growth-focused environment where students can succeed inside and outside the classroom. Peer Mentor (Level II) • Support first-year and continuing students academically and personally • Help with transition strategies and student engagement • Act as a resource for campus services • Meet regularly with assigned students and track progress
Requirements
- Strong academic performance and communication skills
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or peer support experience preferred
