About The Position

Supports fellow students in their financial journey while developing leadership, coaching, and communication skills rooted in service. Mentors others, expands their knowledge of financial wellness, and makes a positive impact on campus.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a college degree
  • Are thoughtful, caring, and enjoy supporting others one-on-one
  • Communicate clearly and listen attentively
  • Are exploring vocations in coaching, counseling, ministry, education, business, or service
  • Have experience in mentorship, tutoring, student leadership, or other people-focused roles

Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential peer coaching in areas such as budgeting and debt awareness.
  • Support students in building healthy financial habits.
  • Help promote financial wellness on campus through events, flyers, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Everence and Malone staff at on-campus workshops and events.
  • Participate in training and reflection to strengthen your service and communication skills.
