Supports fellow students in their financial journey while developing leadership, coaching, and communication skills rooted in service. Mentors others, expands their knowledge of financial wellness, and makes a positive impact on campus.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree
• Enjoy working with people
• Are interested in mentoring, coaching, or education
• Want to build professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving
• Are curious about careers in financial services, banking, or community-based support roles

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one peer financial coaching in areas like budgeting and debt management.
• Attend Peer Financial Coaching training and team meetings to enhance coaching skills and financial knowledge.
• Serve as a campus ambassador by promoting the coaching service through, but not limited to: Posting flyers and materials around campus, Sharing information in social media groups and campus channels, Connecting with student organizations, faculty, and campus offices.
