Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill
  • Tech savvy - knowledge and proficiency with virtual communication channels such as TEAMS, ZOOM and the ability to trouble shoot system issues with IT
  • Must have ability to flex into different shifts outside of normal work schedule in order to support training class timelines. This may require an alternate schedule
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Successfully performs current role duties/tasks in their respective position
  • Adept at composing and executing Customer First resolutions independently
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to work with new hire team members by being encouraging and approachable as they build a strong foundation, prior to transitioning to the production floor
  • Assists with coaching new hire team members by answering questions and troubleshooting systems issues with IT both virtually over the mic or via video, chat, and the coach line
  • Collaborates with Staffing Specialist to provide necessary support during new hire training classes – This includes taking attendance at the start of each day and closely monitoring the participant list throughout the day, to ensure all team members are present and accounted for throughout each class
  • Demonstrates excellent spelling and grammar skills along with good sentence structure during communication
  • Ability to communicate clearly in a professional written form while conveying a positive attitude and empathy
  • Peer Coaches work 50% of their scheduled time in production role (e.g. call center phones) and 50% of their time coaching, training, or assisting leadership as needed

  • While active in this role, the team member will receive a $1.00 per hour shift premium beyond current pay
