About The Position
Provide contextualized workshops that feature cross-discipline content and tutoring for students in high-risk courses.
Requirements
- Completion of at least 15 college credit hours with a minimum 2.75 GPA.
- Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at an institution of higher education, preferably one of the Alamo Colleges District’s colleges.
- Grade of “B” or better in the targeted or higher level course in the assigned subject.
- Must have two or more points from the education and/or experience tables below.
- Education: High school diploma or GED (1 point)
- Education: 24+ college hours (2 points)
- Education: 48+ college hours (3 points)
- Education: 72+ college hours (4 points)
- Education: 96+ college hours (5 points)
- Education: Graduate level course (post-baccalaureate) (6 points)
- Experience: Completion of targeted course (1 point)
- Experience: One semester at college level (2 points)
- Experience: Two semesters at college level (3 points)
- Experience: Three semesters at college level (4 points)
- Experience: Four semesters at college level (5 points)
- Experience: Five or more semesters at college level (6 points)
