About The Position

Join a growing healthcare team in Door County, Wisconsin, as a clinic-based Pediatrician. The established pediatric clinic has two full-time pediatricians and provides broad-spectrum care with strong community impact. The practice is approximately 95% outpatient, with nursery coverage while on call for approximately 110 births annually, low-volume inpatient admissions, and infrequent Emergency Department consultations. The role includes 36 clinic hours per week and a shared 1:3 home-call rotation. A four-day work week is offered as an option. Pediatricians work in an autonomous, collegial environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and clinical and administrative support. Each provider has one assistant, along with RN and float staff support. On-site services include TeleNICU, Urgent Care, Emergency Department, Laboratory, Radiology, OB/GYN, Hospitalist, and Primary Care. An Epic after-hours triage service assists with patient calls. Mentorship is available for new graduates. Requirements

Must have NRP certification.
Must have PALS certification.
Must have ACLS certification to cover stress testing.

Responsibilities
