About The Position
MultiCare Health System is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Physician to join its well-established, thriving, and comprehensive practice at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma, Washington. The position is listed at 0.8 FTE with a variable shift and schedule. Providers work with a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care for children and families across the South Sound. The network includes hospital, specialty, primary care, and urgent care settings, supported by a Level IV NICU and a comprehensive pediatric specialty network. Mary Bridge Children's offers a state-of-the-art pediatric hospital and medical office building designed for children, families, and care teams. The position is supported by opportunities for continuing education, leadership development, and career advancement. The compensation range is $285,000 to $332,373 USD, with pay influenced by factors including skills, experience, certifications, and education. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible at the time of employment.
- Licensed in the state of Washington by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
