About The Position

NeighborHealth is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Pediatrician for its established outpatient Pediatric Practice in East Boston. The pediatric department sees more than 60,000 visits annually and provides well-child care and a same-day sick clinic, supported by an onsite laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy. Patient resources include CATCH, Healthy Steps, a Developmental Clinic, Integrated Behavioral Health support, a Lactation Clinic, Let’s Get Movin’, a Pediatric Asthma program, Dental and Vision clinics, and Care Navigation. The practice also partners with community organizations and operates a community wellness and resource center to connect patients with needed resources.

This full-time role combines sick clinic and primary care and includes one evening shift per week, one weekend day per month, and limited call of approximately two to three times per year. The position has an established patient panel, privileges at Boston Medical Center, and uses Epic EMR/Haiku and AI Ambient Listening to assist with note-writing. Care is supported by a team that includes physicians, primary care and anchor nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, onsite behavioral health support, interpreters, and care navigators. The role also has access to a network of local specialists through Boston Medical Center and nearby hospitals.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful, but not required.
