About The Position
We are exploring the launch of a new pediatric practice in Gallatin and are seeking a pediatrician who wants more than a traditional associate role. This is a rare opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up in a community with growing demand for accessible, high-quality pediatric care. This is a provider-led expansion with flexibility around timing and location to ensure the right long-term fit. From day one, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical experience, care model, and community relationships of a practice built to last. Gallatin continues to grow as one of the more desirable suburbs in the Nashville area. It is located near Hendersonville and Old Hickory Lake, has strong residential growth and ongoing new developments, an expanding population of young families, and access to Nashville while maintaining a suburban lifestyle. This market offers a strong balance of lifestyle and professional opportunity, with expanding demand for pediatric services.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for state medical licensure
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Interest in community engagement and practice-building
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with families
