About The Position

St. Mary’s Physician Associates is a multi-specialty group of employed physicians and midlevel providers that serve a ten-county area in NW Oklahoma. It is located in Enid, Oklahoma which is the county seat for Garfield County. Enid is the seventh largest city in Oklahoma with a population of approximately 65,000 but their primary service area in NW Oklahoma consists of 200,000. The group has satellite clinics in Hennessey, Fairview, Okeene, Woodward, and Ponca City. St. Mary’s Physician Associates is affiliated with St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, a 229-bed facility. Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics which align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 11 markets across six states and the District of Columbia. Requirements

• accurate completion, and Group's acceptance, of all pre-employment requirements including, but not limited to, criminal background checks, Group's disclosure questionnaire and such other requirements consistent with Group's policies and procedures ("Pre-Employment Documentation")
• maintenance of a current license to practice medicine in the State
• obtaining full medical staff privileges at the Hospitals
• maintenance of a DEA certification

Responsibilities

• Employment of Physician. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Group employs Physician on a part-time basis to render professional medical services to Group's patients in Physician's Specialties, and Physician accepts such employment with Group.
• Physician shall provide professional medical services in the Specialties to Group's patients at 615 E. Oklahoma Avenue, Enid, Oklahoma 73701, and such other locations as Group directs from time to time (collectively, the "Offices"), and St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, and such other hospital as Group directs from time to time (collectively, the "Hospitals") (the Offices and Hospitals are collectively, the ''Facilities'').
• Physician shall devote his/her full professional time, skill and attention to the performance of his/her duties hereunder.
• As a part-time employee, Physician is expected to work a schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off, in the performance of the duties hereunder (excluding call coverage).
• Physician's duties are more fully set out in Exhibit A, attached and incorporated herein by reference.
