About The Position

We are a brand-new pediatric clinic launching in the Las Vegas area, built around patient-centered, compassionate, high-quality care for infants, children, and adolescents. As a startup practice, we offer a rare opportunity to help shape the culture, workflows, and patient experience from the ground up. We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified Pediatrician who is excited to be part of a founding clinical team and grow alongside the practice. Position Summary We are hiring a full-time Pediatrician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, with shared inpatient and on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent clinician and communicator who thrives in a collaborative, family-focused environment.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
Active (or eligible for) [State] medical license
Current DEA registration
Current BLS and PALS certification
Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in an outpatient pediatric or primary care setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

Provide well-child care, including physical exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
Counsel and educate patients and families on health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work
Participate in a shared on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Provide inpatient/newborn coverage as required
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other providers to coordinate patient care
Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
