About The Position
You'll provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient community medicine setting, serving families across the Finger Lakes Region. This is a direct hire, employed position within a physician-led organization that prioritizes work-life balance — Monday through Friday with light shared phone call coverage and no nights or weekends.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine in Pediatrics
- Current medical license and certification
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of pediatric conditions in an outpatient practice setting
- Deliver high-quality community medicine to pediatric patients and their families
- Maintain a sustainable Monday–Friday schedule with shared phone call coverage across other practices
- Practice within a physician-led organization that supports your professional growth and personal well-being
