About The Position

We currently seek a Pediatrician physician to join our community partner, Healthy Living Primary Care. This is an opportunity to join a high tech, beautiful and modern practice, offering well-rounded pediatric services including comprehensive pediatric care, newborn rounding at Mercy Hospital of Folsom, patient and family education, chronic care management, and remote patient management. You will have the ability to quickly build your practice due to significant patient demand, build strong patient and family relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will also provide newborn rounding at one hospital. Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME accredited training program
• Minimum of 2 years of post-training practice experience
• Board certified or board eligible in pediatric medicine

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care
• Perform newborn rounding at Mercy Hospital of Folsom
• Conduct patient and family education
• Manage chronic care
• Engage in remote patient management
