About The Position
MercyOne has the only exclusive pediatric urgent care in the Des Moines area! Our board-certified pediatric providers can treat most acute illnesses and injuries on-site saving you money, time and worry. We offer extended weekday and weekend hours, and have onsite or same-day lab and x-ray to assist in rapid diagnosis. We are ready and able to treat minor lacerations and simple fractures, and offer numbing gel for suturing. We also provide weekend newborn jaundice (bilirubin) checks for newborns in the first few days after discharge.
Requirements
- Board Certified NP/PA
- Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
- Eligible to work in the United States

- Primary Care or Urgent Care experience preferred
