About The Position

Talking Tadpoles is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for its outpatient clinic in Saginaw, Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time position with a four-day clinical schedule. The assistant will provide pediatric speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, manage a consistent caseload, implement established plans of care, collaborate with families and caregivers, and document care in the clinic’s EHR. The practice provides consistent SLP supervision, clinical mentorship, specialty development opportunities, and administrative support for scheduling, authorizations, billing, intake, and front-office operations. The work is performed in person. Benefits and paid time off are available to eligible full-time employees. Requirements

Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in good standing.
Ability to work a full-time, four-day clinical schedule.
Interest in working with a pediatric outpatient population.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to maintain timely clinical documentation and follow established plans of care.

Responsibilities

Provide pediatric speech and language treatment under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Implement treatment plans and goals established by the supervising SLP.
Provide family-centered therapy and caregiver education within the SLP-A scope of practice.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Communicate patient progress and clinical concerns to the supervising SLP.
Coordinate with other clinicians when patients receive multiple therapy services.
Participate in required supervision and clinical mentorship.
Participate in specialty programming or professional development opportunities as appropriate.
