About The Position

No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join its collaborative, mission-driven outpatient therapy team in Manhattan, Kansas. The nonprofit pediatric center prioritizes children, meaningful outcomes, and quality care over productivity quotas. The role offers full-time or part-time scheduling, with built-in documentation and collaboration time intended to support timely documentation without taking work home. The SLP works alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, ABA providers, and other SLPs. Relocation reimbursement is available for qualified candidates moving more than 25 miles to Manhattan, Kansas.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Kansas SLP license or eligibility for Kansas licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children achieve meaningful progress.

• Pediatric experience; clinical rotations are considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and monitor patient progress on an ongoing basis.
• Partner with families to promote carryover and functional communication gains.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
