About The Position
We are a clinician-owned pediatric home health company built by SLPs who care deeply about empowering families and providing high-quality, relationship-centered care. We are a small, supportive team that believes great therapy happens when clinicians are trusted, supported, and given autonomy. We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a designated area of town to minimize drive time and support work-life balance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs welcome
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric feeding experience
- AAC / Speech Generating Devices (SGD) experience
- Early intervention and caregiver coaching experience
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in a home health setting.
- Manage authorizations and client intakes.
- Utilize an easy-to-use EMR for documentation.
- Engage in structured mentorship and clinical support for CFs.
- Focus on functional, family-empowering care and ethical productivity expectations.
