About The Position

Join Our Sunshine Center Family as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. We are looking for both full-time and part-time SLPs to join our incredible team at the Sunny Days Sunshine Center. The Sunny Days Sunshine Center is a one-of-a-kind outpatient center designed to promote positive behavior, increase quality of life, and celebrate individuality. From ABA therapy to speech, occupational, and physical therapy, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional care to children of all ages. As a business started by women to help children with disabilities, we’re accustomed to fighting for change and are dedicated to increasing representation for people of all backgrounds in our industry.

Requirements

• Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) license
• We will consider a CFY and SLPA
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Energy, animation, and a genuine passion for helping kids reach their full potential.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient pediatric experience and working with children on the autism spectrum

Responsibilities

• Write reports summarizing client progress.
• Provide parent and staff training to support individualized goals.
• Collaborate with families and team members to help kids shine!
• Provide play-based, naturalistic care to your clients.
