Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Department Lead at Eyas Landing, you will provide speech therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Speech Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's speech, receptive and expressive language, feeding and swallowing needs through: Providing individualized therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Speech Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Requirements

  • Skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Department Lead.
  • Ability to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic approaches such as Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding, Get Permission Approach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM).
  • Experience collaborating with occupational and physical therapists, and social workers.
  • Experience documenting progress and communicating with families.
  • Experience providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Speech Therapists.
