About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Colorado. This role is for clinicians who are dedicated to helping children find their voice, strengthen their skills, and reach their full potential, while being part of a supportive, mission-driven team. Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado)
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must submit a resume to be considered for this position

Nice To Haves

Pediatric or home health experience
Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document care in an electronic medical record system
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
