About The Position

THERAPITAS, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic SLP to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential. This position is for a bilingual therapist, and the company offers a Spanish Immersion Program for SLPs to become bilingual. The role involves working alongside a team of skilled OTs, PTs, SLPs, and support staff in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Bilingual Spanish-English speaking is required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders (for SLPA role, not explicitly stated as a requirement for SLP but mentioned in context).

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
