About The Position

Therapitas, a leading non-profit pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic CF or SLP to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential. This position is for a bilingual therapist, and Therapitas offers a Spanish Immersion Program for SLPs to become bilingual. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, documenting services, and collaborating with other therapists. SLPs will also provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on experience. Requirements

SLP - Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
Bilingual Spanish-English speaking is required for the role.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
