About The Position
Therapitas, a leading non-profit pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic SLPA to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential. This is a full-time position at our Oklahoma City, OK-Shepherd Clinic location, focusing on outpatient pediatric therapy.
Requirements
- SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
- Work with your supervising SLP to implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve your patients' ability to effectively communicate.
- Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
