About The Position

Blue Bird Day is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) to join their multidisciplinary team. This role involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. The Social Worker will foster each child's social skills, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and coping skills.

Requirements

• LSW, LPC, LCPC, or LCSW license
• Experience providing pediatric therapy
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
• Ability to provide neurodiversity-affirming care

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group therapy
• Collaborate daily with occupational, physical and speech therapists
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care
