About The Position

Reliant Healthcare Group is actively hiring RNs and LVNs with trach, ventilator, and G-tube experience to provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care for pediatric patients in the home.
We offer consistent, long-term cases with stable scheduling — ideal for nurses who want reliable hours and meaningful patient relationships.

Current Open Cases Include
Trach & Vent patients (high acuity)
G-tube dependent pediatric patients
Day, night, and weekend shifts available
Full-time and part-time options

Requirements

• Active RN or LVN license (Texas)
• Trach & Vent experience REQUIRED
• G-tube experience REQUIRED
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently in a home setting

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs
• Manage trach, ventilator, and feeding tube care
• Follow individualized plans of care
• Educate and support families
• Complete EMR documentation
