The Clinical Research Project Coordinator provides comprehensive operational and administrative support for research activities across Intermountain Children’s Health, helping to ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality research operations. This position serves as a key resource for investigators, research staff, and institutional stakeholders by coordinating a variety of research administration, project management, and program support functions. Key responsibilities include supporting regulatory and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and maintenance, coordinating research agreements and contract administration, facilitating research billing compliance activities, and maintaining research records and documentation. The coordinator assists with project tracking, reporting, meeting coordination, and communication among investigators, study teams, sponsors, and institutional departments. This role also supports budget monitoring, operational workflow improvement initiatives, process documentation, and special projects that advance the strategic goals of Intermountain Children’s Health research programs.
