About The Position
Wolfson Children’s Hospital is currently hiring a Pediatric Rehab Technician to our Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a part-time opportunity at the Wolfson's Outpatient Nocatee Clinic. We are currently looking for a Pediatric Rehab Tech to support our rehabilitation services team in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists in delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- 1-2 years Experience assisting PT/OT/STs
- High School Diploma Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient pediatric rehab services experience preferred
- Associate of Science Preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care.
- Transporting patient to/from treatments.
- Assisting PT/OT/ST with patient treatments.
- Clerical duties and maintenance.
- Cleaning and sanitation of work area.
