About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn, NY. If you're passionate about caring for medically complex children and have ventilator and tracheostomy experience, we'd love to have you join our team. As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affirmed Home Care, you'll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You'll build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams. Requirements
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
- At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
- Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
