About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Pediatric Division. This position provides one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 2-year-old pediatric client in Greenwich, CT. This is a rewarding, low-acuity case involving tracheostomy care for a child who continues to make incredible progress following successful brain surgery. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive family while helping a young child continue to reach important developmental milestones in the comfort of their home. Requirements
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS Certification
- Tracheostomy experience required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
