About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses to provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care to children in a one-on-one home setting throughout Queens, New York. Nurses will build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from the company’s clinical and administrative teams. Openings are available for day and overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends, with flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test within one year, or chest X-ray within five years if applicable.
• Proof of MMR immunity through a lab report.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care.
• Valid driver's license.
