Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a 6-year-old female client in Wilton, Connecticut. The role provides individualized care in the client’s home and offers the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with the patient and family while receiving support from an experienced clinical team. The position is per diem, with 12-hour day and overnight shifts available, as well as weekday and weekend shifts. Scheduling is flexible. Requirements
- Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous tracheostomy (trach) and NG tube experience.
- At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in an acute care or home care setting.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months.
- Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable.
