Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with children and families
- Knowledge of pediatric nursing practices and standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a pediatric outpatient setting
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
- Conduct patient assessments and triage clinical concerns
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
