About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for a 2-year-old boy in Greenwich, CT. The child is recovering at home and requires skilled nursing care, including trach and temporary G-tube care. This position offers flexible per diem scheduling with 12-hour day and overnight shifts available. The home environment is supportive, with no pets or smokers. This role is ideal for nurses seeking to make a difference in a child's recovery within a comfortable home setting.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut RN License
• For New York applicants: Active RN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with pediatric trach and G-tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Physical Exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or Chest X-Ray within the past five years

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
